Michael Pratts, MD is an Attending Psychiatrist at the Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Syracuse, NY and is the Director of Research at the P.A.N.S.S. Institute, NY, NY. Dr. Pratts received his medical degree from the University of Southern California, completed his adult psychiatry residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Bronx Psychiatric Center and completed fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at SUNY Downstate.
